SPA ETIQUETTE AND FAQS
1. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This is important to fill out paperwork or any preparations for your session.
2. We want you to be as comfortable as possible therefore it is important that you leave children or friends at home so as to maintain a tranquil environment.
3. We understand that it may not be easy to arrive on time for your appointment. Please put a call through to us and we will try our best to accommodate you. However, out of respect for other client’s time we cannot guarantee your full service duration if you are late. We would do our best.
4. Appointments should be cancelled 24hours to the date. A charge would be deducted for missed appointments without notice.
5. All care sessions and packages paid are non-redeemable for cash, non-refundable and non- transferable. Packages should be used by expiration of period.
6. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Cash is accepted but you must have exact amount. The spa does not have a cash drawer and may not be able to provide change.
